Should you be unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason, you may return it within 60 days for the full on-line price of $18.95 (less any shipping and handling). Just ship back to us the unused portion in the original package, the reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, and your original invoice and we will promptly refund you the money.

How/When Orders Are Shipped

We process our orders immediately upon receipt. Orders are shipped same day if we receive them by 4:00 pm Pacific Time. However, orders that are received Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday. (So if you place your order on a Friday after 4pm PST, it’ll ship out on the following Monday.) Weekend days do not count towards shipping estimates

Sometimes an order may be delayed. We may have to investigate the validity of a credit card transaction and we can't be held responsible for order processing delays because of this. This is all done for your security!
